This 1,850 square foot house has 3 bedrooms with one king bed, one double and two singles. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom. The master suite and 2nd bedroom have walkouts to the Lanai. Master suite furnished with new Tommy Bahama furniture with king bed, 39" LCD TV and ensuite with separate shower and bath. Master and 2nd bedroom have Tommy Bahama linens. All bedrooms have new broadloom and large spacious closets.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with toaster oven, microwave, 4 burner stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, electric wine opener, and all the essentials to prepare home cooked meals.
Enjoy spectacular southwest sunsets on the new spacious travertine Lanai. There is a large heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping for privacy, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, lanai ceiling fans and propane BBQ. There is also a large private dock with fillet table.
This home is outfitted with amenities for comfort and convenience including air conditioning, free wi-fi, land telephone, two TVs, cable, washer and dryer, towels, sheets, extra pillows and blankets and hair dryer. It also has beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella, pool toys including Frontgate pool floats, coolers and two bikes with helmets.
You will be supplied with several phone numbers to call if you have questions or issues during your stay. Owners and management are extremely responsive.
The local property management office is only a couple of miles from the house! Located on beautiful upscale quiet street.

We're future snowbirds from Toronto, Canada. We purchased our vacation paradise in 2013 with the plan to one day retire on beautiful Marco Island. We have a few more years until we can retire. Our stay was phenomenal very clean and spacious and far exceeded our expectations. The pictures that were provided accurately represented the home, it is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning tea/coffee looking at the beautiful tropical flowers and the canal from the lanai, in the evenings we would cool off in the pool and watch the sunset. During our stay we went to several beaches which were all very close by to soak up the sun and to collect seashells. One evening we ventured to a local restaurant where everyone was so nice. Marco Island is breath-taking, we can’t say enough about this property, we are looking forward to booking next year – one of our best vacations ever!
