Our family has been coming to Anna Maria for the past 15 years, and we knew one day we'd like to own a home on this beautiful island. Our dream came true when we found this property, tucked on a quiet canal and just a short walk to the beach. We frequently visit our island home, which allows us to make sure everything is working properly and maintained to the highest standard. We love our "home away from home" and take great pride in providing the best vacation experience and amenities for our guests.

Anna Belle is ideally located on the desirable northern tip of Anna Maria Island. A slice of old Florida, with seven miles of sugary white sand beach, voted one of the 'Best Beaches in Florida'. It showcases a tropical landscape with crystal clear waters reminiscent of the Caribbean. Anna Maria is a treasure found on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast conveniently located between Tampa (45 min.) and Sarasota (30 min.) it is also less than 2 hours from Orlando. Anna Belle sits on a wide canal leading to the Gulf. You'll be surrounded by warm Gulf waters as our home is a few blocks to the Gulf of Mexico or the bay beach. Just around the corner is Pine Street with fabulous shopping and restaurants. Anna Maria is fast becoming a hot spot for gastronomic delights. Feel free to take a walk or catch the free local Trolley to local restaurants or attractions. There is a large community center nearby offering exercise classes and special events.
Because of our fabulous location and attention to detail in cleanliness, furnishings and overall comfort, our guests rave about our home and most re-book before leaving the island. This was such a great house. We came for a babymoon right after Christmas.
The set up is perfect, with everything you could want! A pool, hot tub, fishing.... all at the house! We had two small kids who had a blast playing in the pool and fishing. We love Anna Maria and we love staying on the North End. This is the best house, with an amazing view. Definitely recommend it!

This home is really perfect. It’s large and spacious with an open floor plan that allows everyone to be together. The location is a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining on Pine Avenue. We had bikes delivered from Beach Bums before we arrived and I think we used our car once in the week we were there to retrieve groceries from Publix. The pool and hot tub are terrific for an early morning swim and a late night soak and cocktail after dinner. There is a beautiful view of the canal from the pool and hot tub which are both very private. The screened porch nearly doubles the living area and is a peaceful place to begin and end the day. The pictures on the website do not do justice. The home is beautiful- especially the porch, master bedroom and hall bath. The kitchen is very large. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room for a group cook while another group played games at the table. The home also has games, movies, fishing poles, grill, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and beach umbrellas. The owners took care to stock their home with top of the line linens, kirchenware, and just about everything you’d need for a vacation. It’s nice to arrive and have everything you need so your vacation begins the moment you walk in, instead of taking precious vacation time rounding up supplies. We’ve vacationed on AMI for 15 years and this is by far our favorite home for our family. This trip we had our family of 5 and their friends which rounded out to be 2 adults and 6 older teens. Again, wonderful home and owners. We’ll be back.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this house - it is amazing!!! We have stayed here 2 times ( Sept 2017 & Oct 2018 ) and each time we have felt comfortable and like we were at home. It is located on a quiet cul de sac. With a short walk to the beach. There are great restaurants and shopping on AMI. The home and property are very clean and well maintained. The house is beautifully decorated, has a large and spacious open floor plan with plenty of room. The house has everything you will need in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms with extra linens, towels and beach towels. The master bedroom and bathroom, and the other bedrooms and bathroom are gorgeous and spacious. The private pool and hot tub is fantastic with plenty of pool/beach toys. The deck area has a sitting area and a lounging area with umbrellas that gets sun all day. The canal front setting is great with a great view. The under water light at night is cool. We would sit there for hours and watch the fish. We even tried our luck to catch some. Allison the owner is fantastic she responded quickly to questions. The team at SATO is great with easy check in and responds quickly to any issues at the house. We love coming to AMI and would highly recommend this house. We will definitely be back to Allison’s house.

We can"t say enough positive things about this home. The owners are meticulous in their care for the property and the appointments are first rate. We loved the screened lanai and the pool and the location is ideal. The restaurants, Pine Avenue and the beautiful North End beaches are all within walking distance - Rod and Reel too. No better endorsement to note is that we've already booked for next year. You can't go wrong with this house.

Located on great spot on the island.

Allison's place is beautiful. Everything about it. The location provides, a relaxing atmosphere but walkable to the Pine Street shops. It is close to the beach but even better sits on a canal with lots of fish. You can sit in the hot tub or pool and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The house also provides a comfortable but stylish decor and the screened porch provides added space to sit or eat while looking out at the herons or fish jumping out of the water. I would certainly stay there again!

We cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about our stay at Allison's place. Great communication before arrival. Easy check-in with a friendly management company just minutes from the house. Beautifully decorated and spacious home. Great views from the deck and screened-in porch. Minutes from several clean, white-sand beaches. I could go on and on. We loved waking up in the morning to sit on the deck overlooking the water with our coffee and breakfast. My father-in-law swears he spotted a manatee! Our afternoons were spent either at Bean Point Beach, only a few minutes walk away, or swimming in the pool. My son loved the shark and killer whale inflatable pool toys! It was great that there were some buckets and shovels for us to take to the beach to build sandcastles. We rented both a street approved golf cart and bicycles (with a buggy for my 4 year old) from the local rental company. Because the Island is only 7 miles long and 2 miles at its widest point, we were able to drive the golf cart to dinner, to the beach or just down Pine Avenue to go shopping. We were up before dawn on our bicycles to watch the sunrise and to admire all of the beautiful homes around the Island. The ease of getting around the Island was a huge plus. The locals were all friendly and eager to recommend great restaurants or the Island's hidden gems. I never felt like a tourist, but rather someone that lived in the community. Allison provided a list of her family's favorite restaurants and things to do, where to shop, etc. that was extremely helpful! The house was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed except for our groceries. We cooked dinner in a few nights, but tried our hand at the local flare at The Sandbar, the Rod & Reel Pier, Sharkey's, the Donut Experiment, the Ugly Grouper (fun games and giant sculpture of a grouper makes for a nice family dinner night) and a great (and cheap) pizza buffet in Bradenton called Fire & Stone Pizza, while were were out antiquing. We took a two-hour boat tour with Captain Kim and were able to see dolphins and hunt for sand dollars. We found dozens! We decided one week was NOT enough time to enjoy all that Anna Maria had to offer and will definitely be returning to stay at Allison's home again.

We have stayed three times at this house for three 7-8 week stretches and it just about ticks off all the boxes . When you first drive up the house actually appears on the small side but as soon as you walk in you quickly find it's quite large . Big kitchen and eating area well equipped , great sitting area good sized TV with multiple channel choices to keep every age happy . The Master bedroom is large with a good sized en suite and walk in closet , the second bedroom has two queen size beds TV and well decorated . The third bedroom is the kids room with a bunk set up plus a single bed . The bathroom that serves these two bedrooms has one of the biggest showers I have seen . The lani off the main room is covered and ideal to hang out in if the weather dictates . Out side your right on the canal which is very wide and designated as a lake and the boat traffic is limited mostly to kayaks and paddle boarders and the occasional
Manatee .The pool , hot tub and deck are Excellent you won't be doing any Olympic swimming training but you can work out doing laps . Fishing off the deck is easy
and there is quite a variety of fish and if your a serious fisherman the owner has installed underwater fish lights and at night Snook gather to tease you and ignore your bait . One calm full moon night I counted 50 of these large fish just hanging out .
The location for the beaches is ideal , the Tampa Bay side with mostly calm water is maybe a four min walk , the beach at Bean Point might be 6- 7 min walk and as beaches go this is a beautiful beach and probably one of my favourite beaches in the
world and that is no exaggeration.
The secret of this house is you can walk to most of what you need to on this Island and if you can focus on parking your car grab some bikes you won't need the car except to make a food run .
Over the past 10 years I have rented four separate houses on AMI and this is by far
the best house I found .If all this sounds too good to be true it's not as this place is a gem .

We had so much fun. It is a gorgeous home. It is on the water. You really feel welcome. There are signs in the home that let you know the owners want you to be there and they want you to be happy. It is an easy, beautiful walk to the beach in either direction. My girlfriend loves the island. It has beautiful water but is quaint and not commercial with cool little restaurants. We rode bikes. We took a nice drive to Sarasota for an outdoor lunch and shopping for her and booked a fishing guide for me. And even though she out fished me, (of course) it was a great day. It rained and was colder one day, but amazingly, that day was the most fun of all. We turned on the hot tub, which was nice anyway after all the bike riding anyway. I bought some live shrimp and cast them in the canal behind the house. When we would get a bite, I would jump out of the hot tub to race to the rod and she die laughing because steam was apparently rising from my body. Just a fun, fun day. I've been on many vacations all over the world, and I have say, this was the best.

This home looks exactly like it does in the pictures. I second what everyone else has said about this house and location. If you can find a way to get to the island without a car you really don't need one once you are there.
A few tips:
1. I would suggest shopping at the Winn Dixie, located at 53rd and Manatee, on your way to the house. The first night we stopped at the Publix on E. Bay Dr and then a few days later stopped at the Winn Dixie and found Winn Dixie to be far less expensive than the Publix. While you can purchase wine and beer in the grocery stores in Florida the Winn Dixie also has a full liquor store right next door - one stop shopping.
2. When you stop at the grocery store make sure purchase a few rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper-towels. These are not provided for you at the house. There may be some leftover from the last group who stayed, however this is not a given. They do provide bars of soap in each bathroom.
3. They do have a wonderful kitchen setup with a juicer, blender and a roomy refrigerator. They also have a small gas grill - enough room for a whole chicken and four leg-thigh sections. They have standard spices; salt, pepper, and garlic salt. If you want a specific spice plan on picking that up at the store.
4. There are two hairdryers, one in each bathroom.
We did have a few maintenance issues with the unit when we arrived and called on Sunday, for one, and first thing Monday morning, for the other, and they sent someone very quick to repair these issues. There was an issue with the ice maker in the fridge - however I think that might be a bigger issue. We ended up making ice in the trays in the freeze and dumping the container from the door ice maker into the ice container in the freezer and had all of the ice we needed for the week. This included enough ice for 4 rounds of Daiquiris. if you need more ice I'd pick some up at the store on your way to the house.
