Has outstanding views from the balcony and from inside the condo. Has one half bath that connects into a full bath. 2 bunk beds in the hallway with lighting across the hall way wall. New king mattress in the master bedroom, 5/18. New Queen sofa sleeper in fall 2017. 3 high speed elevators. One reserved covered parking place and additional out door parking. Renowned Lillian's Pizza across the street. A short distance to a Winn Dixie and a new Publix 5 Min away. Walmart about 15 min away. Plenty of fresh Sea food restaurants. Not far from a Light House, Fort and Naval Air Museum. Also a short distance to the Wharf and Outlet Mall in Al. 300 ft of soft sugar white sand. Never is crowded on the beach.
Heated Pool in winter. Pool deck has lounges for Windemere guests. Unbelievable view from the pool deck. Pool and deck on 3rd floor unobstructed view of the water. Ground floor grills, picnic tables and an air pump for floats or tires. Wi Fi at the pool and in the unit. Beautiful fine white sand. Perdido Key is a gem. Two lane road with no lights. Quiet area.

Just finished a 1 wk stay and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and property. 2nd time we've stayed at Windemere, first time in #804. Very clean and well kept. Good bed. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. What more can you ask for?

Both my wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Windemere 804. The condo was very nicely decorated. When we first looked into the bedroom and saw how beautiful the bed was made we new it was going to be great. The view from the balcony was awesome. Mother nature helped out by not send any rain our way during our stay. This provided ample beach and pool time. From Key-less entry, assigned parking and close proximity to dining helped make this a very enjoyable vacation.

Very good location. A wonderful place for a couple to stay. Holly was more than willing to help with any issue that arose during our stay. A special thanks to the building management team. They keep the the resort sparkling clean and that wonderful pool heated and a pleasure to use. We will be back.

We found the unit to be better than expected. The location was excellent and the beach was not crowded at all. The lot next to the condo is vacant so there is a large area of the beach available. The unit was extremely clean and the beach chairs and umbrella were a plus since we did not bring our own. Holly was quick to respond to any emails and seemed very helpful. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

We came down during Hurricane Michael and Holly was very informative, and kept us up to date on the weather and information we needed. The condo is small but my family of 5 worked just fine. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We could stand in the kitchen and make breakfast and watch dolphins jumping in the ocean. And I love that the kids can swim in the pool and the adults can still enjoy the ocean view.
