This extra large unit offers 2,900 square feet + 2 balconies! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the unit is fitted to sleep 10. Additional bedding is provided by 4 full twin sized rollaway beds you can move anywhere at your leisure. Each one of these beds has an upgraded full innerspring mattress.

I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen & I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nester's and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004.

We decided to escape winter and spend it in Daytona Beach in unit 807. I can't say enough about our experience here. From the moment I contacted Dennis and Carmen they were awesome to deal with. The pictures I viewed online of the unit were great, however seeing it in person far exceeded my expectations. The unit is stocked with everything you would expect. There was an issue with the grill on the balcony, but it was promptly repaired by the 2nd day. April, who checked us in was great too. Great personality and extremely thorough. We had 3 couples in our group and enough space for more with the 4 roll-away beds. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy themselves. The furniture in the unit was extremely comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The parking was great, the primary spot was just steps to the elevator and a second unmarked spot was available in the garage at no extra charge. The elevator opens directly to your door. I will definitely book with them again! I look forward to our next trip to Daytona! Thanks again Dennis & Carmen for being so easy to work with!
