Additional bedding is provided by the master bedroom couch queen sleeper and two twin sized rollaway beds that can be rolled anywhere in the unit. These rollaway beds are commercial grade 39 inches wide & 6 inches thick innerspring topped with memory foam mattresses, so very comfortable.
There are HDTV's in all bedrooms and a huge one in the living room, PLUS FREE WIFI! At 2550 square feet under air there is plenty of room for family get-togethers and dinners. 10 can sit at once between the bar and dining table, not including the balcony. Balcony table has 4 seats plus there are 2 chaise lounges on the balcony
Guests can access all the amenities Ocean Vistas has to offer, club room with pool table, sun deck, pool, hot tub, fire pit, & fitness center.
Guests will be greeted upon arrival, personally checked in, and given a tour of the property. Carmen & I are available along with our staff as needed during your stay. Close to everything, 1/2 mile to Winn Dixie, 2 miles to Publix, 1.5 miles to Ocean Walk Shoppes and theaters. While most of our guests have cars the City bus service picks up in front of the building.
Daytona Beach is close to many central Florida attractions, including the Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, and St. Augustine.
I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen & I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nester's and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004.

This unit was amazing! There were three of us couples who met in Daytona and stayed in this unit very comfortably. The beds & bedding in each room were very nice not the cheap wore out stuff you usually find, each room had it's own bathroom along with flat screen tv. The kitchen was designed perfectly opened to the living room, I cant say enough how nice the whole unit was but the outside balcony to the ocean was great & very spacious, even had a built in air grill. The pool & hot tub were also top notch. Would definitely recommend Ocean Vistas to anyone wanting to experience an up scale vacation on Daytona Beach.

Our visit to Daytona Beach Shores was great. We have stayed at this condominium before in 2013 and 2014. I like that it is close enough to restaurants and shopping, has secure parking garage and little traffic outside the doors in hallway. Everything is conveniently located between the rooms and garage and the place is fairly quite to be near the hustle and bustle at the boardwalk just north of the property. It was sometimes an inconvenience to be at the beach access road with a 7 week old baby on "truck week" at the Speedway. There were some unruly visitors entering and exiting the beach access and had on regard for other guests. They began to leave on Sunday and Monday so the rest of the week was a little quieter. We had no trouble with our reservations with Carmen and Dennis and April met us and gave me the grand tour of the facility. She apologized for the truck week visitors rude behavior, not that all of them were included in that group as bad, but she was very cordial about the inconvenient activities, noise and language that accompanied some of that group. Rain everyday was a small inconvenience but that's "Mother Nature" and cannot be helped. We had a great visit and would stay with them again.

We had such a wonderful stay. This condo was perfect. It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The view was spectacular. Dennis and Carmen were great. They were accommodating and easy to get into contact with. We were so pleased and we were not ready to come home.

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the management team of Dennis and Carmen! The condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated, the views are breathtaking and the patio was fantastic. Both Dennis and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating for our family vacation. From the moment we checked in until the minute we left, it was a wonderful trip. We will be back!!
