This truly amazing home is now under NEW MANAGEMENT and was recently updated and beautifully decorated to make sure its guests are immersed in beachy vibes and coastal dreams!

The main second level living area has an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you could need to make a great meal at home and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, and large kitchen island with breakfast bar seating! Just off the kitchen is dining with a beautiful crafted wood table seating 10 and the living room has lovely sofas for lounging, a large screen TV, and games for the little kids or kids at heart! There is an outdoor deck off the kitchen that overlooks the pool area and a spiral staircase from the deck that leads directly down to the pool! Also located on the main floor is the washer and dryer, half bath, and two bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. It also has its own deck balcony. The second bedroom has two adorable twin beds, full en-suite bathroom, and a large walk in closet. When you wind up the stairwell to the third level you will find four more bedrooms each with their own full private en-suite baths. The two bedrooms on the west side share a balcony deck while also providing access to the spiral staircase leading up to the rooftop deck with its gulf and bay views perfect for watching the sun set on the horizon! One bedroom has a king, while the other has a queen. The third bedroom on the third level on the east side of the home has a king bed as well. The final bedroom is the spacious master suite with luxurious king sized bed and full en-suite bathroom!

Last but not least in the great outdoor pool area! There is a large saltwater heated pool and spa cascading down into the pool! There is also a large splash shelf that is perfect for the little ones to splash around. There is also plenty of covered patio space with large outdoor dining table and chairs for enjoying the sunshine. There is an outdoor TV and grill to watch the game, while also cooking up some great island seafood! From here you can also access the two garage which has an EXTRA FRIDGE for some extra space for food and drinks for your large group.

The home comes equipped with plenty of beach gear... carts, chairs, umbrella, toys, and floats to make sure your beach stay is perfect! This home is located at the end of a quiet no outlet, cul-de-sac style street. To get the beach you simply walk out of the home, a few houses down on the street and then directly across the crosswalk at the light to get to the beach! There is parking for 2 cars in garage and 4 cars in driveway.

Payment Policy:
Deposit: 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. No dates or rates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit. After booking confirmed, prices will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations.
Balance: 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
Damage Waiver Fee/Protection Policy: In lieu of a refundable damage deposit, a non-refundable $99 damage waiver fee is required and relieves guests of the cost for unintentional and accidental damage to the property and its contents. This does not cover any intentional damage, theft, unauthorized pets, extensive cleaning at check-out, smoking, or exceeding occupancy limits. Pet fee: $200/per pet per stay - Max 2 pets, only applicable to pet-friendly homes, with prior approval only, and must fall within our pet policy details
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Perfect island home for perfect island stay!

We were lucky enough to get in this home last minute and so glad we did! We needed a family getaway and this place was perfect for us. Having been to the island before we knew what we wanted and were looking for something really close to the beach and within walking distance to things. This house is located literally across the street from the main public beach so there was plenty to do. You must go to the Beach Cafe for the all you can eat pancakes and Skinnys for burgers and a beer!
It had plenty of room for everyone and the baths in each room made it so nice for everyone to have there own space and privacy. We were surprised how spacious some of the bedrooms were. It has a great covered patio area with TV and grill so were able to enjoy the pool and relax while still watching the game. The rooftop deck was really cool to watch the sunsets. The whole house was really clean and so cutely decorated. Mike was great to work with and super friendly! Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home. We know where to stay when we come back to AMI next time!
