This lovely Anna Maria Island property, Casa Migos, offers Coastal Living luxury with it’s bright and sunny interiors and outdoor private heated pool and spa area. The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out. The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and lounge area where groups can catch the game on the big screen outdoor television.

This home is professionally decorated and features stunning furnishings, kitchen, and stainless steel appliances. You will absolutely love the open floor plan on the main living level and deck that overlooks the pool and tropical backyard. During your stay the most difficult decisions you’ll have to make are should you relax and spend time at your private pool or walk over to the white sandy beaches? The Shack and The Flunky are a combination of beach cottage charm and Old Florida flavor. Words cannot begin to properly describe this privately tucked away private paradise alongside the beautiful gin clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Nestled on the beachfront of Holmes Beach, this historic home has been completely renovated with a stunning coastal design and is located on one of the largest privately owned stretches of beach. ‘The Tiki‘, is arguably one of the most elite and unique beachfront homes on the Gulf coast boasting a huge tiki pavilion, and stunning views. We love this Adult Community situated on a quiet stretch on the north-end of Panama City Beach called Pinnacle Port. Seniors can get active with 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), tennis, bocce ball courts, bay and onshore fishing, shelling, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, card tournaments and lots of holiday parties. It’s our parent’s favorite spot to spend warm winters away from the cold. Not just for seniors though, there’s a playground with swims along a sandy stretch on this complex.

Sirenia Cove is located between 2 beaches right on the waterfront but that’s not the best part, it actually has its own sandy backyard beach! Perfect for active groups, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, ping pong, basketball net are just some of the activities you can enjoy at this Florida rental.
