This home is nestled in right at top of the island! Just a few blocks north of Rod n Reel Pier and within steps to Bean Point, arguably one of the most beautiful beach areas on the entire island! Enjoy the bay breezes from your screened-in porch or the stunning panoramic water views from a top the ENORMOUS rooftop deck! This incredibly spacious home has just as much outdoor space as it does indoor! The home has a private heated pool that gets plenty of sunshine with outdoor seating, table & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Step inside the home into a bar/game room area just off the pool area. It has a full wet bar, smart TV, foosball table, and beverage cooler!
The open concept main living area of the home on the second floor has SOARING TWO STORY vaulted ceilings with a chef-inspired fully-stocked kitchen with huge gas range, oven, fridge w/ water and ice, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, and TV. There is also a dining area for 6. Just off the main living area and dining is access to a spacious screened-in porch with additional seating areas and outdoor table and chairs. On this same level is your first bedroom with king-sized bed. There is also a full bath with walk-in shower and laundry with washer and dryer.
On the third level you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The master bedroom also has straight out access to the enormous rooftop deck with stellar water and sunset views! The second bedroom on this level also has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination with jetted tub.
There is a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway.

POLICIES: Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and present throughout entire stay.
Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet out pet policy guidelines, max of 2, < 65 lbs each, and with payment of $100-$200 per pet per stay.
Deposit/Balance: 50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation. No dates or rates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of Booking Confirmation. After booking confirmed, prices will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations. 50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date. Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated by guest through website in which they booked. If cancelling entire or portion of reservation, refunds of deposit or full payment are subject to property manager’s ability to re-rent the home for the same number of nights or specific policy of website used to book (see below) and a refund will be given in the amount we were able to re-rent the property. We do not make any guarantee that we will be able to rent the property at rate originally paid. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights in which the home cannot be re-rented, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms.
